OvaCue Fertility Monitor

The Ovacue Fertility Monitor helps you determine your most fertile days and improve your chances of getting pregnant. OvaCue is one of the most advanced fertility monitors available yet it is very simple to use. Best of all, unlike messy urine-based tests, OvaCue uses saliva to predict ovulation - up to seven days in advance!

Simply place a sensor on your tongue for 5 seconds and Ovacue will record your fertility for the day.
For added convenience, with the push of a button OvaCue can display in English, Spanish or Chinese!

OvaCue works by measuring changes to electrolyte levels in your saliva that are impacted by the hormone estrogen. This method of predicting ovulation is over 98% accurate and is FDA approved. It is the only fertility monitor that uses this saliva-based technology and it requires no additional purchases (such as sensors or sticks required for other monitors).

Use the Ovacue vaginal sensor with the Ovacue monitor to confirm ovulation monthly.

Q: O.k. My cycle changes monthly some months its 28 days some months 30 days and some months 35 days... Will this device still work for me? I see that you have to manually change the cycle length but I don`t want that to effect the ovulation dates... Would you recommend the Vaginal censor in this situation?

A: For women with irregular cycles, we`d recommend that you take an average of the last 3 cycles. Also, we`d highly recommend you also use the vaginal sensor as well. The addition of the vaginal sensor is especially helpful for women with irregular cycles.

Q: I`ve heard that some fertility monitors don`t work with irregular cycles. My cycles are all over the place. Will OvaCue work for me?
A: The OvaCue Fertility Monitor is highly recommended for women with irregular cycles. However, for women with irregular cycles, it is necessary to use the vaginal sensor as well. Here is a link to a great article explaining the benefits of using the OvaCue for women with irregular cycles: Also - we`d encourage you to visit, a free online charting website, to input all of your OvaCue data. This is a great place to get interpretation help if you have any questions along the way!

Q: I just got my monitor in the mail. I am trying to set it up but am very confused on how to. I am not sure if my cycle is 26 or 28 days so I don`t know what to enter?
Also what day or color is the best day to concieve according to the calender? This is my first ever ovulation kit I have ever purchased or used...
A: It is recommend that you take an average of your last 3 cycles and input that as your average cycle length. It`d be just fine to enter a cycle length of 27 days, if you`re not sure. We recommend that couples time intercourse every other day on the light blue days and then daily on the medium blue, dark blue, and pink days!

Q: Does this work accurately for women with PCOS?
A: The OvaCue Fertility Monitor can be very helpful in predicting ovulation for women with PCOS and irregular cycles. Women with PCOS tend to have some degree of a hormonal imbalance, therefore, it would be necessary to use the vaginal sensor in combination with the oral sensor. The OvaCue tracks the relative trends in your readings, instead of looking for a pre-determined level of a given hormone. The addition of the vaginal sensor will provide much further insight your cycle and will help to detect ovulation.

Q: I have been testing for 12 days and the monitor is still the same color. Should I be doing something different? I know I have saved all the readings correctly. Also my period was one day this month which is odd I normally get it for four days. Any suggestions?
A: For women with longer cycles, it will take longer for the fertile window to populate since you typically ovulate later than those with shorter cycles. We`d recommend that you visit and input your data there! You can also visit the forum for any interpretation help.
