General FAQ

 Q: When will my order be sent for delivery?

A: All orders will be sent for delivery on the same day as the order (if placed before 11am) or next working day after the order has been placed (this includes Saturdays unless the Saturday is a public holiday, for post office orders only) and payment has been confirmed.


Q: What are your delivery options?

A: We have the following delivery options: 

  • Normal delivery, 4-6 working days, collect at post office counter: R55.00

Please note: If you give us a physical address when choosing this option, please give us the name of the post office close to your physical address where you would like the parcel to be delivered to, otherwise you might find your parcel being delivered to a post office further away which is an inconvenience to you.

  • Speed services, collect at post office counter within 1-2 working days(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays): R90.00


Please note: If a speed services order is placed on a Friday, the parcel will be sent on Saturday and then only delivered to your post office on the following week Tuesday. This is because speed services delivery does not run over weekends and the parcel will only be collected on Monday afternoon for delivery overnight on Tuesday morning. This is a post office rule and out of our control.

  • Normal delivery, 2-3 working days, collect at Postnet counter: R110.00
  • Speed services, delivery to your door within 1-2 working days - ALL AREAS(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays): R199.
  • Overnight door to door delivery - MAJOR CENTRES ONLY - (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays): R130
  • Courier services, delivery to your door, MAJOR CENTRES ONLY, delivery within 1-10 working days, depending on how far delivery is from Durban. Cape Town delivery can take up to 4 -10 working days(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays): R80


Q: Which payment options do you provide?

A: You can pay us through the following options: 

  1. Through payfast (EFT or credit card) which is a safe, online payment system. If you pay through payfast, via EFT or credit card, you do not need to send us proof of payment as payfast will do so on your behalf.
  2. If you choose to use our direct EFT option, remember to quote your order number as a reference and send us proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  3. Paying via cash deposit does not take you through the normal shopping cart process, which means you will not receive a order number. So simply email us what you would like to order and we will send you our banking details and a quote/invoice with a order number or reference which you can use for payment.
  4. We also provide payment via PayPal, go to your PayPal account and enter our email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to send money to our PayPal account.


Q: Will I be able to track my parcel?

A: Yes, we will update you on the status of your order via email, whether payment has been confirmed or when your order has been shipped/sent for delivery. We will email you your tracking number with the number you can call to track your parcel. Alternatively, track your parcel by doing the following:


  • Post Office - Normal delivery: Delivery within 4-5 working days, collect at post office counter. Track your parcel by calling 031 336 3615 or visit, click on "online tools" on top of page and click on "track and trace".
  • Speed services - Collection at post office within 1-2 working days: Collect at post office counter. Track your parcel by calling 0860 023 133 or visit, click on "online tools" on top of page and click on "track and trace".


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please let us know if you would like to cancel your order as soon as possible. If we have not sent your parcel for delivery yet, your order will simply be cancelled and you will be refunded. 

If we have already sent your order for delivery, you need to send the parcel back to us within a week of receipt and the parcel needs to be unopened. We will not accept any parcels for refund if it has been opened in order to ensure the quality of the products. Once we receive an unopened parcel back within the week time frame and the products are found in excellent condition, we will refund you on your order.  


Q: How do I register to the website to make an on-line payment?

A: Simply start shopping and add items to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to check out, simply click on "Check out" and you will be asked to register by providing your username, password and other details. This info will be saved once you have succesfull checked out and you wil be able to log on during your next visit to the site, with your saved username and password.


Q: I have registered on line, but when I tried to log in again, I was blocked? How can I correct this?
